Service Terms & Conditions Applied:
- On Site Service is within Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley area ONLY. Outstation transport charges will be subjected to location
- Service time is within 11:00am – 9:00pm ONLY. Earlier service appointment charges will be
- 50% Deposit of service cost is required upon confirmation of service, deposit is not refundable
- For those walk-in customer without reservation, there is additional charge of RM30.00
- You may cancel a confirmed booking at any time via SMS @ +6016-566 5895 or +60 16-697 4499. 3 days cancellation notice is requested to help us reschedule your appointment without deposit prohibited.
– Less than 3 days notice: Any cancellations made within or less than 3 days of your confirmed booked appointment time shall incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the cost of Service.
– More than 3 days notice: Cancellations made before 3 days of the appointment will be reschedule and reschedule valid within 1 year time from the date of cancellation.
– No Shows: No shows or no notice cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost of the Services. You will be considered a “no show” if you fail to be at your designated property after 10 minutes of your booked appointment time.
– Delays: If you are delayed please let us know by calling +60 16-566 5895 or +60 16-697 4499 and let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you.
- Any requests to reschedule an appointment to a different time on the same day of the booked appointment time will be accommodated free of charge but subject to availability of the Booking on that day.
– Unless otherwise specified, all paid sums are non-refundable.
- If you violate any of the Terms & Conditions above, your permission to use the Services will automatically terminate. We reserve the right to cancel any Booking without notice or cause.
